SHIPPING

All of the jewelry on our website is ready-made, and will ship out within 2 business days of your order being placed. We ship all items out using either a small, medium, or large flat rate USPS box, with tracking and insurance. You will receive your tracking number on your order page as soon as the order has shipped and the tracking number is also typically emailed to you from our website.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

We do not accept refunds or returns as our jewelry is a wearable item and is standard practice on Drag Jewelry. We package our items very well for shipping and our stones/settings are super high quality. We think you will be happy with it.

IN CASE OF ANY PROBLEMS

Sometimes mistakes happen and things get damaged in transit, rare, but it can happen. If there is any issue with the jewelry that arrives, please contact us right away and we will make sure that you are taken care of in a professional manner. We want repeat clients, and want to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
